OUR SERVICES & RATES

 

BASIC EVENT STUDIO RENTAL INCLUDES:

  • Minimum 5 hours rental time 

  • Your specified set-up of tables and chairs complete with black spandex coverings (white available for an additional fee)

  • Preset catering buffet with elegant event chafers

  • Microwave

  • Bluetooth sound system & microphone

  • (2) 75” Smart TV’s for presentations

  • Custom lighting

  • Onsite Event Manager 

  • FREE tour of B'Mari Art Studio​

 

RATES:

 Monday – Thursday  $125.00 per hour plus tax (2 hours min.) 

 Friday – Sunday $875 plus tax (5 hours). Cleaning Fee: $125

$75.00 Each Additional Hour 

  

  • Minimum of 5 hours rental time

  • Includes full setup of tables and chairs to accommodate 50 guests with black spandex coverings (white available for an additional fee)

  • With chargers and table décor 

  • Includes catering (from pre-selected menu options. (Ask for details.)

  • (1) Bistro table for cake

  • (1) Custom event prop

  • FREE 1 hour tour of Art Studio 

 

RATES:

Up to 50 guests: $1500

 

  • All Inclusive Wedding Packages: For 50 guests it starts at $5000 

  • Call for additional rates and schedule a FREE one time full consultation/tour. Additional tours after the first one can be scheduled but will incur a small fee if outside of our touring schedule.)

  • $50 Per Hour  - Photo Shoots 

  • $75 Per Hour -  Video Shoots

  • 150 Per Hour - Events (2 hr min.)

  • Complete specified table settings for (7) tables with décor/centerpieces, table runners & chargers)

  • Complete buffet set-up with food, beverages & dessert

RATES:

Up to 50 guests : $2500 (tax included)

50 to 75 guests: $3000 (tax included)
